Baidu, Inc. NasdaqGS:BIDU recently hit a new all-time high stock price above $100 on strong second quarter results from late July that included a 13% earnings surprise. With an average earnings surprise of 17% over the last four quarters and rising estimates, BIDU looks like a solid momentum pick.

NYSE:EP announced the expiration of its private offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 12.000% Senior Notes due 2013 (the “Existing Notes”) for its 6.50% Senior Notes due 2020 (the “New Notes”) and cash (the “Exchange Offer”).
