Hey, did anyone see this?
There's basketball on Tuesday night. Preseason, sure, but there's actual basketball to sit and watch Tuesday night, which almost makes the last 3 1/2 months of your life worth it.
Nationally televised hoops too, kind of. If your cable system carries NBA TV, you can take in the first preseason game of the Miami Heat's season. You might be kind of sick of those guys, you guys, but this is the first time to see guys like LeBron James(notes), Dwyane Wade(notes) and Chris Bosh(notes) play on a team that isn't the Eastern All-Stars.
Beyond that, the Bucks and Bulls game will be televised locally, and there will be all sorts of box scores to go through. We might even go behind them Wednesday. Stay tuned.
